PHL Maintenance Ltd is an independent company, based in the UK. Currently we only cover the areas of England, Scotland and Wales.
Service agreements. PHL Maintenance Ltd service equipment as agreed with each customer, either with a single visit, or multiple visits throughout the year. Servicing is based on OEM recommended service parts, but we source competitively price parts, which we believe to be at least the same quality as OEM.
Payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment for spare parts must be made before dispatch. Companies with an account with PHL Maintenance Ltd, we offer 30 days end of month payment terms.
Spare parts and pricing. Spare parts displayed are usually on stock, and can be dispatched the same or next day. Although we make every effort to ensure our pricing is correct, we would not be human if we did not accept that mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to advise of any price discrepancy, and either offer a full refund, or amend any price before dispatch.
