Training

PHL Maintenance Ltd sees training as an important part of any factories health and safety policy. Equipment should not be operated by, or worked on by persons who do not have a basic knowledge of the equipment. 

From where to isolate the machine, to understanding the the electrical drawings, we can provide you with a comprehensive training package.

Safety is our No.1 priority, and all training includes a safety briefing before we start. 

1. Machine functionality - from the attached services to functional controls - for all.

2. Machine operation - safety functions, loading, operator controls - for all.

3. Electrical control - safety systems, PLC's, VSD's, circuit diagrams - for site engineers.

4. Pneumatic control - valves, switches, vacuum and air pressure - for site engineers.

5. Mechanical operation - action of components, sequence of events - for site engineers.

6. Cleaning - cleaning modes, best cleaning practice for each machine - hygiene team.

We can also provide knowledge on vacuum principals, and fault identification.

Each trainee will, upon completion, be given a certificate of training, a copy will be sent to the company/site, acknowledging the attendance of the training course and modules completed.
