VR8600-18 support arm, lower pin. This pin located at the end of the hood adjusting rod, going through the crown bracket and the adjusting rod end bearing.
Note. this pin is usually very tight within the aluminium, either side of the rod end bearing. When we removed these we quickly made up a devise to extract these, to save the cast aluminium. I would advise you do the same - the aluminium support either side is part of the crown bracket that support the hood arm. It'll be 'very' expensive to replace?.
